BT1 site is in Nongsa Digital Park, which is about 20 km south of Singapore on the North-Eastern tip of Batam. The Indonesian Government designated Nongsa as a Special Economic Zone for digital economy and tourism in June 2021.

BT1 has a land area of 61,063 m² and design PUE of < 1.35. The campus will be built on 15 acres of land and will comprise four buildings of up to 24 MW capacity each. This site is part of PDG’s Southeast Asia strategy that will enable  customers to seamlessly expand their infrastructure from Singapore to highly scalable data center campuses in Batam.
